Location
Watton is an established market town in Breckland, Norfolk, approximately 24 miles west of Norwich and situated at the convergence of the A1075 running between Thetford and East Dereham and the B1108 running West from Norwich. The A47, A140, A11 and from there the A14 to Felixstowe, Cambridge and the Midlands are all within easy reach; the site is therefore well locatedwith respect to the trunk road network and the East of England generally.
The Neaton Business Park is situated just east of the town centre with extensive frontage to the B1108 and roundabout serving the Blenheim Place residential development.
